Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

Buy with confidence!

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we offer a 30-day return policy.  If you need to return an item, please contact us and we'll help you out.

  • Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase (ordering).
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return: -

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  Please contact us first via the Contact Us Page or via email at info@forzatees.com including your order number and as much information as possible before returning your item. We will then confirm the best return address for you. (This is likely to be the return address printed on the delivery label of the parcel when you received it).

In some cases only a partial refund may be granted, including but not limited to: -

  • Any item not in its original condition such as items which are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping for your return item.
  • Refunds may be issued for the cost of the item only.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Clearance items

Items on sale may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Items marked as ‘Clearance’ cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please email us at info@forza.com including your order number and as much information as possible before returning your item. We will then confirm the best return address for you.

Refunds cannot be given for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges may be subject to additional costs. The customer will be responsible for all delivery costs of the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Items in our store are shipped from one of our four main distribution centres (two in the United States, the United Kingdom or Mainland Europe).

Typically returns will be sent back to the same distribution centre that dispatched your item(s). The return address can be found on the delivery label of your item’s parcel. You should contact us at info@forzatees.com with your order number and as much information as possible before returning an item back to us so that we can confirm the specific return address for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $50 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelled Orders

In the extremely rare case that we (Forza Tees) need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund as soon as we are able to identify that an order needs to be cancelled.  You will be informed by e-mail if this is the case.  Please allow at least 5 working days for the money to appear within your account after the refund has been applied.

Reasons we may be required to cancel an order may or may not include the following:

  • Stock or supply issues
  • Unable to deliver to your specific country
  • Order processing error
  • Unauthorized payment or payment not received.  This may include suspicions of credit card fraud.

Cancelling an Order 

If you (the customer) need to cancel or change your order before it is shipped, please contact us via the Contact Us Page or via email at info@forzatees.com including your order number and as much information as possible as soon as possible.

Our orders are automatically placed into a production queue as soon as an order is placed by the customer.  Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. 

You must inform us within 1-2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or change your order.
